About Oliver Kempton: Advanced Level 3 Practitioner and Accredited Trainer in Social Value (add any necessary details here)
Oliver is a social value consultant with 16 years’ experience supporting organisations to understand, measure, communicate, and improve their social impact.
In 2011, Oliver co-founded Envoy Partnership. He is an SVI Level 3 Advanced Practitioner of Social Value and SROI. He leads the social value methodology and wellbeing measurement areas of Envoy’s work, and recently led the development of Social Value Manager, the company’s social value measurement platform.
Oliver helps build sector-wide capabilities in social value measurement through SVDHA (‘Social Value in Development and Humanitarian Assistance’), promoting social value principles within development and humanitarian sectors, and the Global Value Exchange, a social value database developed and hosted on behalf of the Institute for Social Value. He also delivers training on social value for the UK Green Building Council.
He was part of the UK Green Building Council’s Defining Social Value Task Group, which developed UKGBC’s Framework for Defining Social Value. He co-chairs the Institute for Social Value’s Design and Innovation working group.
