About Filippo Montesi: Advanced Level 3 Practitioner and Accredited Trainer in Social Value

Filippo Montesi holds a degree in Development Economics from the University of Florence and in International Business from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. He has worked in international cooperation, providing advisory services to UNCTAD, FAO, and other international organizations in the formulation, management, and evaluation of projects and programs across Europe and Latin America. He has also served as the Secretary General of Social Impact Agenda per l’Italia, the national network for the promotion of impact investing and a member of GSG Impact.
Currently, he works at Human Foundation as a Senior Advisor on impact measurement for for-profit and non-profit organizations, social enterprises, banks, and philanthropic foundations. He is passionate about supporting organizations in adopting and developing social impact measurement and management practices to help solve complex social challenges. Filippo is a member of Social Value International and Social Value Italia, and is an accredited Practitioner and Trainer in SROI (Social Return on Investment) analysis by Social Value International.
