Level 1 Social Value Associate Training - Delivered by Social Value Canada

Meet Natasha Jolob, a Social Value specialist with decades of cross sector experience and an Advanced Level 3 Practitioner since 2019 . She has worked across capacity building, charity and government, social investment, and strategic development, and is a true champion of Social Value. 

Natasha will be leading the Social Value & SROI: The Foundations course on Tuesday, June 2nd from 11:00am to 4:00pm EST.

Format:

This course introduces and builds upon core Social Value concepts.  Participants experience applying those concepts in practice, through hands-on experience working through key steps of an SROI analysis.  

Content Overview:

The Eight Principles of Social Value are the content anchor. Participants then consider and reference these principals as they work through the core steps of an SROI analysis.  The Social Value Standards are introduced to guide participants in their integration of the Social Value Principles into their work.   

In this Course, participants achieve a full understanding of Social Value International’s mission ‘to change the way the world accounts for value’.  It offers clear insight into how decision-making is transformed when conducted through a Social Value lens, and how adherence to the Social Value Principles improves overall impact management, measurement, and reporting results and processes.  

Whether your organization seeks to maximize the impact of services, inform program design, or improve sustainability performance, this Social Value and SROI course an essential foundation for professional impact management, management, valuation, and reporting.  

The Social Value & SROI Course: The Foundations Course is essential for all in impact management role.  It offers excellent preparation for all seeking to become an accredited impact management professional and to write the Level 1 Practitioner Exam on the Social Value Practitioner Pathway.

  • Three 90-minute sessions (virtual) on the Zoom Platform 

  • Start: 8 AM PST / 11 AM EST  

  • Finish: 1:00 PST / 4:00 EST.
