Join the Board of Social Value International 

Social Value International (SVI) is seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join its Board of Trustees at an exciting phase of its development.  

With members in over 60 countries, affiliated networks in more than 30 jurisdictions, and partnerships with international organisations including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), ISO and Capitals Coalition, SVI is strengthening the Board’s capacity to support innovation, partnerships and organisational resilience. 

Five voluntary positions are available, of which: 

  • Three are elected (nominated by SVI’s Joint Member Networks)  

  • Two are co-opted (independent of our networks and appointed by the Trustees)  

The Board welcomes candidates who are willing to take on key roles, including Chairperson and Treasurer, and with skills that complement existing board members.  

This is an opportunity to contribute to systemic change, strengthen global professional standards and shape how organisations understand and account for value.

Key dates for the process are as follows:  

  • 16th March: Deadline for Joint Member Network nominations of elected trustee candidates  

  • 12th April: Deadline for expressions of interest by co-opted trustee candidates  

  • 18th April: Appointments confirmed by the Board and publicly announced at SVI’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)
