He is the founder of G-Cubed Partners, Inc., managing investment and advisory services for early-stage ventures. Tak’s investment approach emphasizes the integration of natural capital, biodiversity, and climate resilience into core business and decision-making and impacts.

    Previously, he held senior leadership roles at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Orix Corporation, leading cross-border investments in emerging markets. He currently represents the Japan Impact Investing Network (J-IIN), where he convenes dialogues between global experts and Japanese stakeholders to scale nature-positive finance, biodiversity credit markets, and nature-based innovation.

    Experience: For over 25 years, Anila has partnered with Fortune 500s, social sector groups, and SMEs across the Asia-Pacific region to create sustainable impact. Her background is diverse, having worked with top global consultancies and led key functions at major corporates like Kantar and Nielsen. She founded Idstats Impact and, with the Singapore government's support, built a ResTech platform. She is currently consulting with a few organisations including UNDP Singapore.

    Her expertise is twofold. She specializes in Strategic Impact & Stakeholder Engagement, using data and behavioral science to help organizations define their purpose and develop impactful strategies—the "what" and "why." She also focuses on Technical Sustainability & Reporting, guiding clients through the "how" of implementation, from materiality analysis to compliance with global standards like GRI and SASB.
