    Previously, he held senior leadership roles at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Orix Corporation, leading cross-border investments in emerging markets. He currently represents the Japan Impact Investing Network (J-IIN), where he convenes dialogues between global experts and Japanese stakeholders to scale nature-positive finance, biodiversity credit markets, and nature-based innovation.

    Through his multi-sector experience and global network, Tak works to advance the flow of capital toward solutions that are both financially sound, ecologically regenerative and socially inclusive, particularly in the Asia-Pacific, Africa and Global-South.

    Beyond consulting, I'm passionate about sharing knowledge. As a content designer and facilitator, I've taught non-profit management, sustainability, and innovation at leading Singaporean institutions and India ( Masters Union – MBA Program).
